Pastoral/Leadership conferences were started to give hope to village pastors. These village pastors rely on their farming to generate income. As a result, they have little hope of being able to obtain theological education. During the conference, pastors come together to be taught a one-week block class. We have grown from 20 to 87 pastors. II Timothy 2:2 is being lived out.

In Just a few short days, we are returning to Chipata. We have been praising God that He has burdened individuals and teams to come and minister to Zambians. In 2018, we will be hosting a team for sports ministries, guest speakers for our pastoral/leadership conferences, and individuals for various outreach ministries. We are looking forward to seeing how God is going to use them to build relationships and reach Zambians with the Gospel. These items will go towards Masters Bible Institute library as well as assisting village pastors.
